Serving Communities Of
Northwest Georgia
For Over 40 Years
Helping You Recover
After An Injury
I am attorney Leslie Waycaster. In my four decades of practice, I have represented hundreds of injured people in Northwest Georgia and statewide. Those personal injury cases have ranged widely and include auto collisions, slip and falls, assaults, defective products, medical negligence and work-related injuries.
We don’t operate a high-volume practice; I take fewer cases and really dig into them. My mission is to support clients in recovering as fully as possible from an accident. That means preparing the strongest case for full compensation and standing up to the insurance companies. I know what your case is worth, and I won’t sell you short.
Litigator, Mediator,
Problem Solver
I have tried more than 100 cases to jury verdict in 25 counties of Georgia, plus numerous trials in federal court. Once I get involved in a case, my experience as a trial lawyer commonly results in a settlement of a case without the need for a trial. In and out of court, my litigation experience works in your favor.
Mediation
I am attorney Leslie Waycaster, and I believe strongly in solving problems, not making more problems. I take a practical approach to law that keeps the focus on resolving issues effectively and efficiently. My preferred method is mediation, but if matters need to be handled through litigation, you can rest assured that I will come prepared and be the aggressive advocate you need and deserve.

Our Experience
“Leslie is an excellent choice for a lawyer.”
“We have worked on several cases with Leslie and tried a trucking case to verdict with him, which resulted in the largest verdict of its kind ever in Whitfield County. Leslie is an exceptional lawyer and a fine person. He knows the Whitfield County and surrounding county court systems well and is adept at navigating them. Leslie is widely respected by judges, his peers, and the community.”
– Mike Moran, Law & Moran, Atlanta, GA
“In my view, you simply won’t find a mediator any better than Leslie Waycaster.”
“Like Leslie, I have experience representing both sides of accident cases. I enjoy Leslie’s ability to see cases from all sides, and his experience trying cases to north Georgia juries adds to his credibility with Plaintiffs and insurers alike. Leslie communicates insightfully, but in an easy-going, thoughtful manner, which I have found adds comfort to all involved, especially Plaintiffs who are typically new to the process.”
